    Jake has 8 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and medical industry supporting NHS Trusts across the country with initiatives and transformation projects to deliver better patient outcomes. In Jake’s current role as Healthcare Outcomes Manager for Arjo he is committed to delivering mobility solutions for patients by preventing pressure ulcers and also reducing caregiver injuries in the workplace through innovative technology and programs focussed on training and education.     Eva Paras and Jen Cave-Ayland will be hosting a live demo session on how to make life easier for manual handling activities. Eva is the Director of Non-Slip Solutions and has worked in the Healthcare sector for over 20 years. Since joining Dycem she has gained a wealth of experience with working with distributor partners, occupational therapists, and healthcare providers. Eva has worked with Dycem for over 15 years, The attraction for her is the simplicity and versatility of the products which make life easier for a range of activities. Jen is a wellbeing lead for Sirona care & health in South Bristol and an Occupational Therapist by background. Since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 1997, she has gained experience working in hospitals, the community, for a charity, a university and independently. Jen has worked with Dycem Non-Slip for over 20 years, advising on product design and clinical applications.

    Kate is Head of Product Design at Nourish, having been with the company for 2 years. She has 8 years’ experience in design and digital, and a further 10 in the commercial and retail sectors. Kate’s niche is health and social care but she has a broad background which includes designing products for the United Nations, as well as charities and education. Bringing high energy to the team, Kate’s passion is for developing truly accessible and inclusive design methodology within health tech, placing the individual and their families front and centre of a seamless and comfortable experience.

    Amanda is an experienced Senior Product Advisor specialising in safe environments and high-sided beds. With a wealth of experience, she works closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to create solutions that support the unique care needs of adults and children with complex needs. As a product expert, Amanda is committed to ensuring that each user receives the utmost support and comfort, enhancing their quality of life through tailored solutions.

    Clare manages the design team at Active Hands. She works alongside the CEO, Rob, to develop new solutions to problems faced by those with reduced hand function.

    Oliver Smith is CEO at Syncurio a Care Home Management Software Company. With a first degree in Artificial Intelligence, he has worked across numerous industries building and scaling functions at some of the UKs best known brands including, 118 118, and Markit Group (Now Standard and Poor’s). Through working with a network of operators Oliver has helped create a series of innovative tools which when deployed make a substantial difference to the level of care and profitability of Care Homes.

    Nikki Parsons has been a valued member of the Keysafe company for over 2 years. Nikki has been giving valuable support to carers and persons receiving care over the phone, ensuring that their key safe is installed correctly and helping with any issues the customer has. Nikki has now recently joined the sales team, and is excited to meet to meet the same and new people face to face.

With a passion for facilitating optimal care solutions, Kellie has immersed herself in understanding the unique needs of OTs, striving to empower them in enhancing their client’s well-being. Her commitment to forging meaningful connections and driving collaborative efforts underscores her role as a trusted partner in the field. Through her expertise and genuine enthusiasm, Kellie seeks to inspire innovation and foster a supportive environment where every individual’s potential can flourish.     Hannah is a fully qualified teacher and trainer with over 20 years’ experience within the health and social care industry. She holds a first-class honours degree in Health and Social Care as well as a diploma in Education and Training. She has a wealth of experience, from working as a HCA, to a Care Manager running a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and then as a Compliance Manager refining quality assurance systems, providing training and improving CQC ratings. In 2023, Hannah set up Wright Way Training with an aim to use an approach where staff training is fun, inspirational and motivational. Using her vast knowledge and experience, Hannah captures her audience with real world examples from her own practice, engaging and empowering them to want to learn. Providing a positive training experience can only result in positive outcomes, everyone should learn with a smile on their face.

Hannah is passionate about digital transformation within the care industry and believes, by improving the flow of data between services enables better quality care and support for individuals through their journey.

From leading teams of military veterans at Active Plus CIC to driving daily operations and crafting stakeholder engagement strategies at Digital Training compnay Ive managed prestigious ESF employment projects and national initiatives. Background: As a veteran of the Royal Air Force, I possess a versatile skill set spanning management, project coordination, instruction, and mentoring. Whether working independently or collaboratively, my attention to detail ensures success. Fun Fact: I secretly enjoy ironing and polishing shoes, perhaps a nod to my military background.
