Digital Care Hub Panel Session
From Strategy to Reality: Making Digital Work
This session will look at how adult social care organisations can turn digital plans into real, practical change.
With growing demand and limited resources, using digital well can help save time, support staff, and improve care for people.
Our panel will share honest experiences of what has worked—and what hasn’t—when putting digital plans into practice.
We’ll talk through the key things that make a difference, from leadership and staff buy-in to choosing the right tools.
You’ll leave with simple, practical ideas to help you take the next steps in your own organisation.
