Pain is often seen as an unavoidable part of life, but we challenge that belief by helping individuals let go of pain that no longer serves a useful purpose. In this talk, I’ll explain how and why the brain maintains chronic pain and how we can work with the brain to release it, without drugs or invasive procedures. I’ll share insights into how this method has transformed lives, offering relief where most other approaches have failed. We’ll explore how this process can benefit anyone suffering from long-term pain, including those in palliative care, where easing or removing the discomfort can bring dignity and peace in their final days. By understanding the true nature of pain and learning how to help people release it, we can help them live more comfortably, at any stage of life.
