Seminar Title: South West Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Development and Workforce Race Equality Standard 2021.
Seminar Description: This will be an overview of the SW EDI Strategy and the work to develop a long-term Strategy. It will also include a brief look at the Workforce Race Equality Standard in the South West.
Speaker Bio: Kate Milton is the Head of Equality and Inclusion, NHS England and Improvement South West. Kate has had a 36-year career in Human Resources, including 24 in the NHS and 14 specialising in Equality and Inclusion, nationally and regionally, at a senior level. She has been in her current post for two years.
Dave Corbin is the Equality and Inclusion Manager (WRES) NHS England and Improvement South West. Dave has a wealth of experience, knowledge around all aspects of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace and community.
