The power of real time technology in the real world of care
In a fast-moving landscape of digital tools and innovations, home care providers face increasing pressure to identify which technologies genuinely improve care and which simply add noise. This seminar explores how one home care business has successfully embraced new technology to enhance the way it works, drawing on real operational experience rather than theory.
With an overwhelming amount of information and emerging solutions in the sector, providers often struggle to navigate what will truly benefit their teams and customers. This session offers a practical discussion about how those choices were made with confidence.
Using real-world examples from the frontline of home care, attendees will gain insight into both the opportunities and the potential risks presented by new technologies—what delivers value, what to watch out for, and how to embed digital change in a human-centred service.
