The Future of Home Care Growth is Prevention: Are You Ready?
You got into home care because you wanted to make a difference. But somewhere between the rota gaps, the council rate cuts and the rising demand, that sense of purpose can start to feel really hard to hold onto. You are working more than ever and yet sustainability might be feeling out of reach.
If that sounds familiar, this session is for you.
The Draft CQC Adult Social Care Assessment Framework is quietly shifting everything. Tick-box compliance is making way for outcomes, prevention and genuine person-centred care. Within that shift sits a real opportunity for providers who are ready to see it.
Sarah, Lydia and Georgie have been on that journey. Care Momentum and EverFit were born out of a Home Care provider (Abney & Baker Home Care) who stepped away from council-funded dependency and built something around prevention. Abney & Baker found a model that works better for their clients, their team and their business.
Now Sarah, Lydia and Georgie are here to share how you can follow in their footsteps.
Are you ready to take that next step?
