Care Momentum & EverFit

Is your current Home Care model built for success in the next 5 years?

Home care in England employs nearly 1.6 million people, yet the sector continues to face over 130,000 vacancies and rising demand. Many providers are working harder than ever but still feeling stretched and financially squeezed.

More hours do not always mean more stability.

This seminar asks a simple but important question: Is your current Home Care model built for success in the next 5 years?

Drawing on the real story of Abney & Baker Home Care, Sarah, Lydia and Georgie will share how stepping away from reliance on council-funded referrals allowed the provider to reposition its services, attract self-funded clients, introduce higher-value preventative packages and strengthen profit margins.

The session will explore what that shift involved in practice, how prevention became a meaningful point of difference, and what it takes to align positioning, team capability and service delivery in a way that supports long-term sustainability.

If you are considering how to grow without increasing pressure, this session offers a grounded and honest perspective on what that change can look like.Sarah - With over 15 years’ experience in marketing and creative strategy, Sarah leads Care Momentum, supporting home care providers to strengthen their positioning, increase visibility, and build commercially sustainable models. Her work focuses on helping organisations redesign their growth strategy for the evolving future of care.
