As a member of the Senior Leadership team for Dynamo Healthcare Training, I specialise in identifying growth avenues and fostering strategic alliances. Whether it's expanding our market presence or nurturing partnerships, I'm committed to elevating our company's trajectory.

Experience: With over two decades of varied Management/Leadership Roles, I bring a rich blend of skills. From leading teams of military veterans at Active Plus CIC to driving daily operations and crafting stakeholder engagement strategies at Digital Training compnay

Ive managed prestigious ESF employment projects and national initiatives.

Background: As a veteran of the Royal Air Force, I possess a versatile skill set spanning management, project coordination, instruction, and mentoring. Whether working independently or collaboratively, my attention to detail ensures success.

Fun Fact: I secretly enjoy ironing and polishing shoes, perhaps a nod to my military background.
