Speaker Bios:

Employment law is an ever-changing beast with approximately 1600 changes per year. It is impossible to keep on top of this and run all other aspects of your organisation, so Sekoya are here to help take the strain and provide peace of mind best in class advice.

With the general election taking place on the 4 July 2024 this seminar is an ideal opportunity to hear all about the proposed changes to employment law following the appointment of a new government (whoever that may be).

There is already talk of changing the classification of employees/workers, changes to family friendly rights, making flexible working a day one right to request, the right to switch off and strengthening trade union rights.

So lets see what happens on the 4 July and be ready to talk about it at COTS2024.
