Speaker we will explore what hidden disabilities or non-visible disabilities are, how they can affect not just the people we work with but our staff, and how we can better support.
Speaker Bio:
Caroline Callow is a Qualified Psychotherapist and lecturer with over 40 years’ experience working with Trauma and crisis support, severe anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorders, drug and alcohol dependence, suicide psychosis, change management. She has trained therapists to diploma level in collective theories as well as GPs, Doctors, nurses, police and frontline staff working with vulnerable groups, as well as employers to support with disability confidence.
