Exeter Disability Centre is now part of Unique Mobility, and together we operate a new combined showroom in Marsh Barton, Exeter. Alongside our existing Plymouth and Launceston locations, this enhanced facility strengthens our clinical offering and provides a comprehensive environment for assessment, demonstration and prescription.

With over 20 years of specialist experience, we take a clinically informed, collaborative approach that places the user’s needs at the centre of every recommendation. Our in-house Occupational Therapist works alongside our experienced Product Specialists to deliver comprehensive Clinical Services, including:

• Seating assessments

• Pressure mapping

• Clinical reports

• Clinical education and training

We prescribe a wide range of complex rehabilitation equipment, including:

• Powered and manual wheelchairs

• Specialist seating and postural management systems

• Care chairs and profiling beds

• Paediatric mobility and rehabilitation equipment

• All-terrain and off-road mobility solutions

We provide free, no-obligation assessments at our Exeter Showroom, in clients’ homes, care settings, workplaces and schools across the South West. Product assessments are also available at our fully equipped showrooms in Launceston & Plymouth.

Our team works closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and case managers to achieve the most appropriate clinical and functional outcomes for each individual.

As part of our commitment to professional development, we also host  CPD events in partnership with industry-leading manufacturers. These sessions focus on strengthening clinical reasoning within equipment prescription, giving professionals the confidence to assess, recommend and review solutions effectively.
