Phoenix Learning and Care supports children and young adults giving opportunities for life and living, a real sense of achievement and a pathway to an independent future. We provide space where individuals can flourish.

We operate more than 40 settings across the South of England and South Wales encompassing Schools, Further Education, Children’s residential homes and Adult supported living settings.

Our mission is to meet an individual’s social and educational needs. We enable people to flourish by always putting those we support at the centre of our thinking and practice.

Our aim is simple; to improve an individual’s skills and abilities, help them with their life experiences and give them the knowledge and skills to be safe, productive and valued members of society.

We employ over 600 talented Team Members, including our own Integrated Therapies Team along with our central support teams, who work together combining the Phoenix HEART Team Charter of Honesty, Empathy, Aspiration, Respect and Teamwork to provide the very best education and care to those we support.
