How can Japanese Train Drivers Help us Reduce Medication Errors by 36%? Giving medicines from memory is a major cause of medication errors. In this seminar, John Greene (lead pharmacist with the Medication Training Company) will demonstrate how teaching staff to give medicines systematically resulted in a 36% reduction in medication errors and how we can learn lessons from Japanese train drivers! 

Speaker Bio:

John Greene Bsc (HONS) Pharmacy, MRPharms, MGPharmc, MIfL Speaker Bio I registered as a pharmacist in 1993 and I have worked in all sectors of pharmacy practice. Currently Managing Director and principal trainer of Prescription Training I have published 4 books on managing medicines in social care settings, designed two e-learning packages in medicines administration and deliver training across the country.
